Mobile Optimization Evaluation Criteria
- Implementation of mobile-responsive design.
- Ensuring the website is viewable on various devices.
- Compatibility with different devices and screen sizes.
- Evaluation of the loading time on mobile devices.
BONUS POINTS
- Multilingual support (mandatory for government sites).
- Accessibility features for disabled persons.

- Development as a hard-coded website (without using CMS).

Penalty points (Negative marks)
- Strict adherence to copyright laws; refraining from using copyrighted information and images without permission.
